Widely regarded as one of the toughest PR roles, Hayley spent over a decade fighting fires for the world’s biggest selling and most controversial newspaper – the News of the World.
She has experienced and demonstrated skills in handling some of the most high profile crises as the newspaper’s head of public relations and understands the dynamics of managing a media onslaught amid unprecedented scrutiny.
Hayley has an in-depth knowledge of the UK media industry, sound editorial instincts and an unrivalled network of contacts spanning a variety of sectors underpinning key messages in a media friendly way across traditional and digital platforms.
During twelve years with the newspaper and five years promoting leading hotels, she provided strategic advice and training on a wide range of issues affecting consumer, corporate and litigation communications, reputational risks, campaigning management and media relations.
As a result of this experience, Jubilee Communication was set up in 2011 as an independent PR consultancy based in London, focusing on crisis management, public relations and social media.
